Does it really matter how you brew coffee? As it turns out, yes, it really does! The finest iced coffee is made with cold brewed extract, not from conventional brewing methods.

Cold brewing begins with fresh ground coffee beans soaked in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. Once complete, this is then followed by a double filtration process.

The result? A naturally sweeter and less acidic coffee – with an emphasis on the coffee’s naturally occuring antioxidants and caffeine. Because the coffee isn’t heated at any step in the brewing process, the result is a smooth, non-bitter coffee that is ideal for use in iced coffee drinks.
